We, with Zhanat have decided to choose the main topic for our development work- Modern teaching approaches and key features in teaching math  in more student centered way. also we decided to make video, so we  want to make flipped classroom too.
From 8 to 11 we had a lesson with Helena Aarnio started to learn about dialogical methods. We did exercise called 'mingling'(to help to chose peers randomly)- introduced ourselves by associating our names.
After then we talked about the differences between dialogue and discussion
Discussion it is like fights between thoughts
Dialogue- it is like building knowledge together
Afternoon from 13 to 16
did exercise called 'Method of cards'where every member of group used 5 cards to speak or ask questions so maintaining dialogue be equally and symmetrically
Compared dialogical method and other(traditional) methods, worked with groups and presented our ideas

Traditional- teachers' behavior as a leader and authority- individual work
Dialogical- teacher as a facilitator, social side, group work
