First we did activity called happy land where we choose from the given fields where we would like to see ourselves from social worker, entrepreneur , researcher , conventional or art, after we explained  the reasons of choosing and how we think about our team.
Then we filled surveys about self assessment which helped to find out our strength and weaknesses how to develop ourselves and in which direction should we move.
The second activity was about our future self. We imagined that we are having meetings in 5 years and telling each other what we achieve in career and self developing, it was useful to make a plan for future work and plan to implement new ideas which we learned here in Finland to Kazakhstan.
Then we were familiarized with the activity called Thinking hats method which is improved analytical and creative thinking of individual and team. We reflected our thoughts and feelings and learning experiences and sharing them into group.

We have learned to use moodle as a teacher,to create moodle course then to add students or delete them as well as divide students into groups. After we learned how to upload different documents here such as word, PP, different links, learn how to organize the pages, create forums and make assignments for students, to make quiz for users.I used this great opportunity and opened my own course in NIS schools moodle platform.
We added diversity of resources such as page, URL, folder, file etc. Moodle is good platform for asynchronous learning, for organizing workshops,

19th of April reading some of interesting activities which can be useful for the lesson

Tabloid titles- Ask students to write a tabloid-style headline that would illustrate the concept currently being discussed. Share and choose the best. Variation: can be used to ask them to sum up the entire course in one sentence.
Truth statements - either to introduce a topic or check comprehension, ask students to list out "It is true that..." On the topic being discussed. The ensuing discussion might illustrate how ambiguous knowledge is sometimes.
Chain notes(useful for finding out the opinions of students)- Instructor pre distributes index cards and passes around an envelope, on which is written a question relating to the learning environment (I.e. Are the group discussions useful?) Students write a very brief answer, drop in their own card, and pass the envelope to the next student.

18th of April self learning day about activities for the lesson

1) What is the principle- Put mathematical problem to think about it, after recognizing the problem, students assess what principles, formulas to apply in order to solve it. Helps focus on problem types rather than individual specific problems. Principles and formulas should be listed out.
2) True or False- Distribute index cards(one to each student) on which is written a statement or mathematical task with the answers which can be not true.Half of the cards will contain the statements that are true, half false. Students decide if theirs is one of the true statements or task with true given answers, using whatever means they desire. Variation: designate half the room a space for those who think their statement are true, and the other half for false.
3) Real world- have students discuss in the class  how a topic or concept relates to a real- world application or product. Then have students write about this topic for homework. Variation: ask them to record their answer on index cards.
4) Advice letter- Students write a letter of advice to the future students on how to be successful students in that course.

17 th of April observation in kauriela school

I learned next activities which helps to any subject teacher to use them in their lessons:
1) Pass the chalk- provide a chalk or a soft toy, whoever has it must answer to your next question, and they pass it on to the students of their choice.
2) Students highlight key passages of the reading and there is silence until someone wants to read his or her out, and others follow. End with brief writing about what they learned from the sentences.
3) The half class lecture- divide the class in half and provide reading materials to one half. Lecture on that same material to the other half of the class. Than switch the groups and repeat, ending with a recap by pairing up members of opposite groups.
4) Tournament - divide the class into at least two groups and announce a competition for most points on a practice test. Let them study a topic together and then give that quiz, tallying points. After each round, let them study the next topic before quizzing again.the points shoul be carried over from round to round. The student impulse for competition will focus their engagement onto material itself.
5) Reflection-students write for one minute on a specific question. For example, what was the most important thing you learned today? Or ask about the most confusing point, instead. Best used at the end of the class session.
6) Goal ranking and matching- students rank their goals for the class, then instructor combines these with his or her own list. Useful before starting course, when constructing objectives together.
7) Drawing for understanding- students illustrate an abstract concept or idea. Comparing drawings around the room can clear up misconceptions.

16th of April we summarized our knowledge about assessment

We gave feedback for self- assessment and feel the special table which was tool for assessing oneself and peers. We decided that constructing questions is important, and when  students know that they
will be assessed they try to work hardly and participitated in group work actively.
When the chief tastes the source it is formative assessment, when the customer tastes, it is summative.

15th of April self-assessment

Exercise for self-assessment by choosing toys and describe the feeling about yourself it also helps to break the ice between students and teacher, helps to build trust. Very useful before the starting course as well as in the end of course to summarize by asking question which is relevant.
Assessment iceberg -teacher has to be able to see talents, knowledge, potentials,... Under the surface of the ocean. Different methods and pedagogical tools help to see them.

Assessment sometimes can be difficult, it can be war between real ability and encouraging opportunities.
Afternoon we were introduced with self assessment work and teacher gave us the assignment to create the context in which we can show types of assessment such as pre assessment, assessment during the course and final assessment.

Pupil assessment consist two types-assessment during the course(formative) and final assessment(summative )
4-failing, 5- adequate , 8- good, 10- excellent
Tasks of assessment during the course
To guide and encourage studying, to depict how well the pupil has met the objectives, to help the pupil form a realistic image of his learning and development
Tasks of final assessment
To define how well at the conclusion of his studies the pupil has achieved the objectives
Principles of assessment
Must be truthful, based on evidences, ongoing feedback from the teacher, assessed in relation to the curriculum and descriptions of good(8) performance
Final assessment must be nationally comparable and all the criteria for final assessment have been prepared for all core subject.
The description of good(8)level of performance specify on a national basis. When numerical grading used the description of good performance determines the level for 8  the description helps the teacher assess the pupils progress.
Pupils promoted to the next grade if he completed all studies at least adequate (5), pupils may also promoted to the next grade, even when they have failing grades, if they are judged to be able to cope with the next school year studies acceptable.
Subject and behavior are evaluated numerically or by verbal summarize or combination of the two.

4th of April reflection of the week about using ICT in lessons and integrated lessons

Today our group members with their peers presented their ideas to deliver lessons by using different sort of ICT in the lessons so to make the lesson more productive and interesting as well as making integrated lessons between different subjects. Many of them used demonstration wolfram and showed to others useful parts of the lessons that we can use it in our pedagogy. We with Zhandos gave a lesson when we tried to use ICT in math lesson and integrated lesson with the subjects math, geography and engineering in which we also used PBL and authentic learning. Problem was how we can find out the width of local river by using only 1 meter long stick.
Afternoon we had a meeting with Seija and talked about our project work and create some ideas about our project.
